Passion Philtre
A fresh interpretation of the Pornstar Martini, with more vibrancy and less sugar. The softness of vanilla meets the lively lift of white pepper, while chamomile adds delicate herbal and lightly honeyed notes. A lighter, more refined twist on the original.

Ingredients
- 30 ml Le Philtre Vodka
- 10 ml Vanilla & white pepper cordial or vanilla syrup
- 30 ml Passion fruit nectar
- 20 ml Chamomile infusion
- 2 dashes Foamer
Preparation
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously to chill the mixture well.
- Remove the ice and perform a dry shake.
- Double strain into a pre-chilled Coupetini glass.
- Place half a passion fruit on the surface of the foam.
