Chapter VI: Le Philtre Celebrates Its Sixth Anniversary at the Grand Amour

On 9 June, we opened Chapter VI.
To celebrate its sixth anniversary, Le Philtre gathered its friends at the Book Bar of Hôtel Grand Amour for an evening inspired by one simple idea: the intoxication of words.

An anniversary, yes. But one properly punctuated.

Six years, a few glasses and plenty of words

On the bar stood Le Philtre’s signature cocktails: Le Philtre Spritz, Le Philtre d’Amour, Passion Philtre — not forgetting the Café Philtre ritual, complete with its croissant.

All around, the evening was writing its own story.

A typewriter. Letters and sheets of paper. Postcards. Books. Sentences left here and there.
The event coverage was conceived to capture precisely these details: the words, the books, the writing and the rituals, just as much as the cocktails themselves.

Because sometimes, it is the details that tell the story of an evening best.

Chapter VI also marked the first festive expression of Le Philtre’s new editorial voice.

That evening, it was no longer simply printed on a poster.
It came alive in conversations, sentences typed on a typewriter, words whispered into a microphone, cards left behind and glasses raised among friends.

Six years is not really a time for taking stock.

It is a good excuse to bring together those who were there at the beginning, those who joined along the way and those who will write what comes next.
